I’ve been waiting over 30 minutes to speak to someone. Is o2 the worst mobile provider..I think maybe

Sadly, customer service seems to be mediocre across all of the UK mobile 'phone companies. 

Hence, O2 is not the worst ; they are on a par with their competitors.
