i would like to request a pac code as i am buying a new phone from a company but i am staying with o2 and keeping my number therefore require a pac code

You wont need a PAC, if you are staying with O2

Just call O2 and ask them to migrate your number across

@janinekellett93 If all you're doing is buying a phone from another company, and not taking a contract with them, there's no need for a PAC. You can just put your O2 sim in the new phone and off you go. If your new phone is a 5G phone you would need a 5G sim to swap to, but you would need to request that from O2.
