I payed my overdue bill today it’s gone from my bank & it’s still saying it’s overdue & data not turned back on.

It takes a while (sometimes a few days) for everything to catch up after disconnection following a missed payment, @Kelly25 - call O2’s customer service team on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (or specific Payment management number - 0800 902 0217 ) and let them know you have settled the outstanding bill and ask to be reconnected. They should be able to give you an estimate for service restoration.
Also take the opportunity to set up a Direct Debit, if you have a bank account, so you never have to go through this prolonged process again. Good luck!
