so confused. Bought my  pay as you go phone on Thursday, no updates at all since about the application or the delivery. I also paid an extra £8.99 for delivery on Saturday but nothing. Tried calling and contacting both with no answers. How long does the application process typically take?? I don't want to have paid my £8.99 extra and it show up like a month later.

As there are no contracts on PAYG it can only be a stock issue to explain why you don't have it yet.

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
Or you can call them on 0800 081 0255

Usually you get the contract emails straight away

If the order in My O2 is showing as in process it means one of two things

Either the phone is out of stock

Or a credit check is in progress

Best option is to call the sales department 0808 002 0202 or 0800 081 0255

I tried calling earlier but not really any answer and on hold for way over an hour. I tried messaging on Instagram but they told to ring which I did. I just wish o2 had an email or something. It's one of those tiems where it's just like 'will I get my new phone at any point? Yes or no'😂like I'm not as bothered if my request gets declined, I can just get one somewhere else. Hopefully I'll find out sometime this week what exactly is happening
