I paid £80 upfront but the order was rejected. When will I get the £80 back in my account?

You should contact the sales team as they can help you with that –  Call them on 0800 081 0255 OR message them on Social Media  -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or 

or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

Before that, check your bank as it may still be there in pending. If so, it will be returned to your account as O2 won't collect it.

Depending on your bank, it will be between 24hours and 14days this is due to o2 putting a hold on the funds. 


If after 14days speak to your bank and get them to release the funds
