Hi, I have an email saying my new phone will be delivered today, with a tracking number, but no actual way to track it? There’s no “my orders” tab in the “my O2” section on the site either. Any ideas?

There is no tab in your MyO2 but if you scroll down on the first page you will see a section called recent orders.

There is no tab in your MyO2 but if you scroll down on the first page you will see a section called recent orders.

@Sb18You have to sign in to MY O2, Click on your phone number, scroll down the next page and you will see this

All it has is "current balance", "bolt ons", "tariff", "contact preferences", "device details"and the help section at the bottom. I even tried live chat and they can't work out how to track it either 😕

You'll need to call 202 then and speak to CS about it.
