I paid for a top up with ontopup on 31 October. It is now 3 November and no credit has been added. Has anyone else had problems with this company??

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this

Have you checked your MyO2 for your allowances.
On bundles, credit is exchanged for allowances so your balance is always zero unless you top up extra.

As its a 3rd party not a lot o2 can do at this stage
