I paid for a top up with ontopup on 31 October. It is now 3 November and no credit has been added. Has anyone else had problems with this company??

Have you checked your MyO2 for your allowances.

On bundles, credit is exchanged for allowances so your balance is always zero unless you top up extra.

I have never heard of them, but I would recommend speaking to Ontopup, https://ontopup.com/help

 

As its a 3rd party not a lot o2 can do at this stage
