I've earned O2 rewards by topping up my Big Bundle PAYG. If I switch to Classic PAYG - will I lose those rewards?

No, as long as you keep your same number you will still get your 10% back on top ups and retain your current rewards.

@ConnieW Do you intend on keeping the same number as the rewards will be linked to your current number? I’d have thought they’d either be transferred as credit to your new tariff or stay linked to the number

Thanks @Anonymous.Yes, I'll be keeping the same number. I just heard that my O2 rewards will be transferred from one tarrif to the other. slight_smile
