I decided to redeem my rewards as an Amazon evoucher and didn't get the email with the evoucher code, I checked my junk/spam and definitely not there, have I lost my money?

From experience, they take ages to come through.

You need to keep on to O2 to remind them.

Ok, thanks, will do. It's for £60 so keen to get it sorted. Was hoping to find a chat link with O2 but couldn't find one.
