Hi me and my wife are saving our rewards credit for a new phone.

We have nearly £40 saved each and will be putting the rest towards the moto e5 play.

Only problem is my wife is agrophobic and has not left the house since 2013.

Would i be able to go to the o2 store on her behalf

Hi @Alan1979

You can get your own from the shop...although to for your wife to use her rewards she will have to do it by ringing customer services

She would need to order it online for store delivery. You would then need to take her collection pin and both of your ID in order to collect on her behalf.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

@MI5 i thought you can only use the rewards credit in a physical o2 shop. Can we not order the phone online and have it delivered to our house

If you choose to have the vouchers sent to home you could take them in store to redeem yourself.

I don’t think you can order the phone for home delivery though.

I normally opt for shop delivery as the delivery company of choice is unreliable in my opinion.
Indubitably true. Samsung S21 Ultra and Xiaomi 14 Ultra

I think you have to wait until January to claim?
