I have a new phone and number. Any chance I can take over the remaining balance of my rewards? If yes, how?

Only if you transfer your number to the new account.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:

Yes unfortunately not transferable between different mobile 📱 numbers but if you are keeping your number they will automatically follow. If you are transferring to contract you need to speak with customer service though it should have been done at point of sale so there may be a problem.

When I moved from payg to contract all my PAYG balance was transferred to the contract. The advisor told me this would happen. I didn't have to ask at all. Those were the days...Smiley Very Happy

Indeed, but the crux is that the number must be transferred to. It won't work with a new number.
