O2 pay as you go rewards, how long after earning them do you have to wait before they can be saved?

Hi,

I've earned rewards in July and August, but cannot apply them until they have been saved. The summary box on the spend tab records the amount of the rewards earned since July, but then says I have £0.00 available to save, and therefore £0.00 to spend.

Do I need to wait three months after earning the reward to then be able to  save it? Or will the reward expire after three months and cease to be able to be saved, (which is how I understood the terms)?

They get added up every 3months:

Every three months, O2 adds up all your top-ups and gives 5% back after three months, which then rises to 10%. So, if you top up £50 over three months, you’ll get £2.50 (this will rise to £5 after six months).

Thank you for replying, I should wait three months after the purchase and then the reward becomes saveable, I then have a further three months to save it and cash it in.
