O2 has charged me for a handset I purchased but has not created the order, which is not in my order history.

My PayPal account shows the charge has been made, and money has been taken!!!!

You would need to speak to O2 regarding this, on 0344 8090222 which is a standard rate call.  Here is some advice on fraud.

Speak to O2 regarding this, we can't look into this within the O2 Community and contacting O2 direct would be your best option.

Chances are that the device is out of stock and your order won't be processed until more stock comes in to O2.

Don't forget to check your spam in case emails get sent there too.
