Solved: O2 notification message on screen after ever call/...

Im PAYG. Every time I get a call or message. I get a notification from O2 on my screen with balance & bar down the bottom with 'Dismiss' . Its very annoying & often wont clear immediately when I try. Can I disable it? How? Apologies couldn't find similar post on this topic

You need to call 4445 and ask O2 to turn off balance notifications.
