O2 insure - no response to claim

Hi all

 

i submitted a lost claim on my Apple Watch last week

o2 sent me a claim form to complete and return which I did - the automated email said I would have a response within a max of 2 days but a week later I haven’t heard a thing? Is this normal has anyone had any issues like this?
