Hello I have been on an O2 bundle which was 1000 flexible minutes which also included 1000 international minutes I've just been notified that they are no longer including the international minutes. I didn't realise they could change my bundle without my permission even if the bundle is obsolete, is this right?

Yes they can. All networks remove tariffs from time time.
This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
