Hi all,
I moved abroad to Singapore at the beginning of this month.
About a week or so before moving, I transferred my number to an O2 PAYG SIM, as I just wanted to store my UK number on a basic SIM in the event I want to return to the UK.
I've today received an email saying I've got a bill of around £8 to pay. But when I head to the O2 website, I do not see any mention of any bill.
Could someone tell me what's going on here, and how I can just pay this amount off?
