over the past month, I keep getting texts from O2 UK as though someone is trying sign in into my but can’t because they need the one time code you get in the text message.
I have changed my password, but still getting the texts as they’re still trying.
I tried calling 202 but that number did not work lol.
any suggestions would be greatly appreciated?

We're just customers like you but it sounds as if you need someone to access your account which can't be done from here
Give O2 a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (Contract) OR 4445 or 0344 809 222 (PAYG)
Or you can message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG), hopefully they should be able to help.

It's someone using your email address to try and login to your MyO2.
They cannot do this without the code, so never give it to anyone, not even O2.
No one can stop the person trying this as there's no way to know who it is.
It could be a genuine error or something more sinister.
Your account is safe but do make sure your password isn't something that can be guessed easily.
