So I had my data off, bought nothing and just the other day O2 decided to take 5£ from me? Whats happening?

Call 202 from your mobile or 0800 032 1402
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.

Best time to call is 8 am.

You need to call 4445 for PAYG customer services.

If you are on a £5 big bundle your credit will be taken to renew it on your anniversary date.
