I bought O2 SIM pay as you go from Carphone warehouse with £20 top up that included 50 GB data...but the SIM cannot be activated....I tried calling O2 and Carphone warehouse but no one is there to speak to. The data was preloaded when I bought the SIM but the SIM data on the SIM does not work....I can make calls only when connected to WiFi.... without it there is no signal...who should I contact what shall I do?

What device are you using the sim in?

Have you got an active data apn on the device?

Hi Few questions,
Do other SIM’s work in that phone, Did CPW give you a voucher or preload £20, Pre Pay sims have a expire date on the SIM plate check that.
