I received this email, but when i topped up and tried to claim, the reward of £10 free credit, the response was, "This offer appears not to be for you"  😞

There's no way of contacting O2 via email, only 4445 :((

If thats from the website, in which case the offer may be for a different tariff that you have.

If that's on the sim packaging then do call 4445 from your mobile or try live chat.

You can contact them via live chat http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
Someone else posted about the same issue yesterday too.

Hello @BrcShrmn

Thanks for letting us know! It looks like you have been ordered a free SIM from O2. To be eligible, you'd have needed to have topped up *that* same SIM we sent them with at least £10, and then texted ‘FREE10’ to 21500 from that new SIM.

We’ll look into the matter right now and send you a Private Message (PM)  immediately to get more info just in case there's something we can do to help out. thumbsup

Thanks @jonsie@Cleoriff and @MI5 for the help and for letting us know Fantastic
