How long will my number take to transfer as getting no service now

If the number transfer has started then keep rebooting your new phone (or phone with the new sim) @Nataliehawtin_ as it should be soon.

Normally they happen before 5pm, but it can take 24 hours to complete.

If you are still having issues tomorrow then contact o2 customer services.

Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).

A maximum of 24 hours but usually much quicker.

Keep rebooting your phone until you get a signal.
