Number transfer

Hi I've requested my pay as you go number to be transferred to my new pay monthly. My pay as you go number has lost service but the O2 pay monthly is still receiving service is this correct? I thought they both lose service

You need to reboot your phone and check your MyO2 to see if the number has transferred.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
