How do I change my old Vodafone number to this sim

You need to request the PAC code from Vodafone (This can only be done if the service is still active and being paid for with Vodafone)

Then follow the details on here https://www.o2.co.uk/help/account-and-billing/switch

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
