Number porting

Hello everyone,

I recently made the choice to switch from Vodafone to O2's new Rolling Plans. I requested to get my number ported to O2 on Friday after 5pm and on the website it says that my number should be ported over within 2 working days. Its Tuesday and I didn't get any messages regarding my porting or anything. Does anyone know what I should do?

@Anonymous O2 doesn't port numbers on weekends. It should happen today but if it doesn't message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB), Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG), and they should be able to help you.

Has you Vodafone SIM disconnected yet? That usually happens first. 

Must admit it's getting late in the day.

By all means try Instagram if Facebook has not responded

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

I called customer support earlier and the person set my number to port so I guess that the form maybe didn't send itself to O2 as she didn't say anything about my number already set to port. She said that my number will port over tommorow so I will wait and see. Thank you all for the help 😊😊
