My number has just come u as not registerd on the network My account has over 40 pund in it. Can I change the sim?The online live chat is shocking and not for pay as you go clients it appears!!

When did you last use the phone?

If it is over 6mths ago, the phone will have been disconnected and all credit forfeited.

If not then you can call from any other phone 0344 809 0202 and speak to an CS Agent

If you call O2 they will reinstate your number and restore your credit.
