My number is not appearing in my O2 account. It was there a few weeks ago.
I went to pay as you go and entered my number, I got a text message and entered the code, and it said that there are no products linked to my number.
I changed my password to my account, and I got a text stating that the password has been changed for my O2 account, but it was still stating my number was not an O2 number.
I bought my sim from a tesco, topped it up online, and have been using it. I know my sim is meant to have international roaming, I just want to check that it is on.

Roaming should be enabled on all sims by default.
We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
