Hi,

I would like to report an issue with my sim. I do not receive any phone calls, instead I receive a sms message one hour after the call to inform me that I missed a call from that particular number. Due to this problem, I missed a very important call today. I would really appreciate a solution to this ASAP since I have another important call coming the following week.
