Dear O2,
I placed 3 separate orders for 3 PAYG handsets on Thursday, I selected for all of them to be delivered to my address for today. However, I have only received two of my orders and received order confirmations for all 3 items on Thursday.
I notice that 2/3 PAYG handset numbers are associated with my account, however, the 3rd one is not, I can confirm that payment has been taken out of my account for the three devices.
Please could you advise?

You would be best trying to call customer services, however these are very difficult times and with staff shortages telephone calls waiting time is long.
