I am currently away in Pakistan and I am unable to make or receive any calls here. I receive an automated message that calls are temporarily restricted. I am able to send and receive text messages but that is it. I don't have any bolt-ons but do have sufficient balance to make or receive calls and Roaming has been turned on under Mobile Data on my phone. Are there any steps I can take to make calls?

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

Thanks for the suggestion - I've tried that however I can only get a signal on one of the available networks, and that is the one with the automated voice message about temporarily restricted calls.
