Non reflecting top up

First I changed my tariff from 10pounds bundle to 20pounds international bundle,then I was as asked to top up in other to activate my new tariff,I top up (20pounds) but only saw 10pounds in my account balance (I received a debit alert and the number sent to was mine).. am confused

Sounds like your tariff change didn't register.

Call 4445 and they will sort you out.
