I´ve been trying to top up my phone since yesterday...I´ve tried at leasts 15 times with different cards from different banks...I don´t know what to do. The message is always the same: "We couldn’t process your payment
Sorry, it’s not been possible to take your payment. Your phone has not been topped up. Please try again or use another card. If the problem continues you’ll need to contact your bank."

Does anyone knows how to solve this ?

Thanks !

If first top up you need to use a voucher.

It's strange because it doesn't affect everyone, but you should be OK to register a card now to top up from in future.
