No signal for few days

From thursday there is no signal in SL2 4HL area. I checked service status and it says that phone mast is not working. But still it takes O2 quite a lot of time to fix it.

@Rudy71 If the status says there is a fault, then at least O2 are aware of it. There are a myriad of reasons why it can take time for a repair, and O2 will not give timelines or estimates as to how long it will take. Nothing else to say except be patient.

As you are PAYG you can always switch networks immediately and without penalty.
