My wife changed over to the new £10 bundle which offered more than the old one plus rollover. Since then she has not received any rollover despite having data left. Also she lost over 1600mb of data after watching only 45 mins of TV, that’s twice that if when I use my O2 PAYG bundle. Anyone else had the same problem?

Ok did that. They couldn’t explain the very high useage (double what my O2 PAYG uses over the same period). Checked the app data useage on her phone, only the hotspot used the 1.6Gb over the 45 mins (not another app). Very fishy which is why I ask if anyone else has had the same problem.

The data rollover doesn’t apply to the previous bundle deal apparently. Pity they didn’t let her know a better bundle deal (with rollover) was available after paying £15 for months for basically the same as she now gets for £10!

She got 200mb data which is better than nothing I suppose.

Any chance that another device could have connected to her hotspot at all?

No. We are on a boat in the middle of nowhere. She doesn’t trust using her bundle as a hotspot now so I’ll have to use mine (£15, 5gb) as it seems to use half the data rate of hers!

Now looking for a PAYG unlimited data package. O2 don’t seem to offer one.

No unlimited data tariffs on O2.
Three do though if you can get a good enough signal.
