No data no calls and txts sending twice

Ive missed some important emails yesterday from a couple of people who were interested in the sale of my house which because i couldnt reply till late yesterday they are no longer interested. And also my txts are sending twice . Im not happy and want compensation!! Im a pay as you go user. How do i go about this
