No data after top up paid

Hi 

I've just topped up my sons phone with £10 and he has a rolling plan, but still there is no data.  It has been several days now.

Please can someone help.

As per the T&C's, rolling plans can only be renewed fro the registered card.

Any top ups by other means just add credit.

You need to switch to a big bundle to top up and use credit like you have done.

Switch in your MyO2 or by texting the codes in the link above.

If it is a PAYG rolling plan, the system expects to take monthly sum from a registered debit or credit card, not from a top-up, @Hogie 

Make sure a card is registered, and the top up you applied will remain to cover any out-of-tariff charges.
