Hi for the last week I have had no signal/reception in my area. On the o2 service checker it says that there is a problem in the area but there has been no update.
The post code area is dn7 6de
Please can someone update me as to what’s going on.

The only place you'll get any updates is here O2 Service Status

You can also download the MyNetwork app to report any further issues https://www.o2.co.uk/apps/my-network

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

No one here will know what's happening with the mast in your area. O2 never give timescales for fixing masts. You can download the My Network app and report it via that.

No one from o2 will comment on faults im afraid, the best way to keep upto date is by the downloading the o2 my network application, and report the fault on their to get updates.

Unfortunately faults do occur as the service is not guaranteed to be 100% and they can take some time to resolve depending on the nature of the fault.

Could be anything from a few days to weeks @Tiny

Too many variables to give an answer, sorry.
