And thanks, I am new to smart phones,as an O2 customer my old SIM card won't fir,bought the nano/micro SIM and fits ok!. When I ring O2 for top up, she says THAT DID,'NT work try again. Tried several times no joy, can you help please.

First top up needs to be by voucher available from supermarkets and off licences @Myra

@Myra Does your old sim have perforations? If so, you can pop out the nano sim.
