Hi, I changed my tariff on Friday and paid the £15 but the new tariff has not been applied and it says it’s an invalid action when I try to do it… I’m away from home so need the data.

Your data will renew only on the monthly renewal date, @Clur
You will need to get a data bolt on to carry you through to that date, info here:
