I have bought my daughter new O2 sim because of the offer of 15 gig but she has only received 3 please help many thanks

It maybe pro rata and the full 15gb will start on her billing date. This is usually the case. If you download the my o2 app, you will see on there.

When did you buy the sim card, and do the initial topup as t his offer expired on the 1st July you may be able to text 5xdata to 2424, and the below is the only thing i can find on the offer, and looks to still be sold on ebay..

The 5 x extra data offer ended on July 1st.
