I have activated my daughters new SIM card and on the envelope the new SIM card came in said to text a number with a code by 13.04.20 to get a free £10 for your next top up. I texted the code to the number and it says “this code isn’t for you” but I’m getting the code off the envelope the SIM card was attached to. Any ideas how to fix this? I tried calling O2 but got cut off.

Normally customer services would do it on 4445 but getting through will take some patience right now.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
