New sim, wanted pay as you go but got something else!

Hi
Toiling to get any way of speaking to someone at O2 so trying here. Got a phone, bought a New sim, wanted pay as you go but got something else! Put a £10 voucher on it and got 6Gb unlimited!???
How do I get it switch to pay as you go and get my £10 credit back on ???

That is PAYG that you have got. 

It's a big bundle which is all O2 do now.

Thanks for the reply. The Tesco assistant didn’t have a clue about anything when I bought it, is there any other provider that does old fashioned pay as you go? This isn’t what I want, how do I speak to someone at O2 either in the phone or via online chat???

Both Tesco and giffgaff (both use O2 network) will give you old fashioned PAYG. 

Contact numbers for O2 are here Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support or try 4445 from your O2 SIM card.
