Solved: New phone

I have a new phone and I got a new sim which I kept on my old number. How do I get MY O2 to recognise my device is now a Samsung J3 and not a Samsung Galaxy S4 which is the device that MY O2 still thinks I have?

There is no way you can change it yourself.
