I have a new phone and my phone is fully functional except its displaying emergency calls only

If this is an upgrade you should use your old sim card.

If a ne contract, you need to call O2 to activate the sim Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

Keep rebooting phone.

@Linbob It sounds as if the port hasn't completed yet. Ports are running slower than normal. Has your old sim stopped working? If so, the port is in progress. Just keep rebooting your phone every half hour or so.
