Hi, my old Nokia 3510 'Squeaky box' slid out the case straight into a cup of coffee, the phone got mighty hot pretty quickly and so did the battery.... say no more! So I went and bought a Doro 6620, I didn't want anything big or fancy.
I noted I can send Emails on this phone, is there any extra charge for this service on a 'Pay and go' phone?
Also my o2 account is still showing the old Nokia phone 3310 and has not been updated, to have this amended and a mis-spelt surname I am told I have to do this on-line yet it tells me clearly I HAVE to contact cutomer services to have these altered..... whats going on here??
Thanks, Dave.

emails use data so either your data allowance if on a bundle or wifi.
To correct your name you'll need to call 4445 but they may just tell you to reregister for a new MyO2 account as corrections on PAYG aren't always possible.
