I've just got a new contract but its not give me a sim card

If it's an upgrade you can use your old sim.

If not or if you need a new 5g sim, contact O2.

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
