Hi, can someone please explain this to me as I’m a PAYG Virgin.  I bought the £30 big bundle, topped up with £10, then today with £20.Am I right in thinking that you have to top up £30 a month  and it doesn’t have to be all at once? Also, how do I get my data allowance? Please excuse me for sounding a tad stupid but I’ve been on contract for such a long time and didn’t have to worry about things like that.

If you are on the £30 bundle, then you should do it once a month all together on the same day. Set your payment to auto top up then you are covered, just make sure you have enough funds for the top up to be taken.
