I have a samsung a3 given to me an have out a new o2 payg sim in as its locked to the network.when i logged into my o2account it is showing my old o2 number. How can i change it to my new o2 number on my o2 account?i have tried requesting the change by entering my new number and having my SSN number ready but when i request the text for new code to change the number to my new payg number,i do not get the text even though i have requested it a few times. So i cannot add credit to my new device and stuck in limbo.Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!

Once you use the phone it will update in your MyO2 or at least allow you to register the new number and allow you to pull it into your MyO2.
Your first top up needs to be done with a voucher though.
