I've Activated a rolling contract which was meant to be 20gb at 10£ a month, but I've been given only 10gb!
Also, the SIM arrived in an envelope which stated that I could get 10£ off sending the message FREE10, but it saying this is not valid.
Can you please tell me what's going on? If it's like this, I'm going to cancel my rolling contract and ask for my money back
