I joined volt 02 this morning and have locked myself out my account.

There should be an option to reset your password @Johnst225 , but it might need to send you a message to the sim associated with the account.
You can try calling customer services to see if they can reset it for you - all numbers are in the guide Guide: How to find help & contact O2
